Responsibilities
- Data Management: Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure high data integrity for analysis.
- Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to uncover patterns, anomalies, and insights that drive strategic planning.
- Reporting: Translate complex technical findings into clear, concise, and actionable business recommendations for stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data gaps and recommend solutions to optimize business processes.
- SQL & Database Management: Write efficient SQL queries to retrieve data and maintain database documentation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar) and Python or R.
- Visualization Tools: Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot errors and ensure data accuracy in all deliverables.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data to non-technical audiences.
