Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that impact business performance.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Create comprehensive, clear, and concise reports for stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to define data requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems and databases.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover hidden insights and propose innovative solutions.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging data technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience with SQL for data extraction and querying, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw logical, actionable conclusions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.
