Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Tableau to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Implement A/B testing frameworks and statistical analysis for product optimization
- Document data processes and maintain data quality standards
- Present findings to non-technical audiences through compelling narratives
- Support predictive modeling initiatives to forecast market behaviors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) preferred
- Ability to manage 20-25 hours/week with flexible scheduling
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
