Responsibilities
- Conduct Advanced Data Analysis: Utilize SQL, Python, and R to clean, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Dashboard Development: Design and develop interactive, user-friendly dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key metrics for stakeholders.
- Statistical Modeling: Apply statistical techniques to forecast trends and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to define data requirements and implement analytical solutions.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Lead data-driven experiments to optimize marketing campaigns and improve product features.
- Data Governance: Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity across all data pipelines and reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (advanced querying), Python or R, and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to translate business questions into analytical problems and provide clear, concise recommendations.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Experience with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is a plus.
