You will work independently and collaboratively to support our 24/7 operations, ensuring that our stakeholders have accurate, real-time insights even when the main office is closed. Responsibilities
- Data Transformation: Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources into structured formats for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Trend Analysis: Analyze complex data trends and patterns during off-peak hours to provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports and automated email alerts for night shift stakeholders.
- Database Management: Perform ETL processes and ensure data integrity across the nightly batch jobs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and improve data quality.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably in a 24/7 or night shift environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (advanced queries), Python, and Excel. Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake/Redshift) is a plus.
- Visualization: Strong portfolio or experience creating data visualizations using Tableau or Power BI.
- Communication: Ability to explain complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
