Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications using Python, Java, and Kubernetes
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact products through agile methodologies
- Optimize system performance and implement robust CI/CD pipelines
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in software development with cloud technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Expertise in at least two modern programming languages (Python, Java, Go)
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and containerization
- Proven experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
