Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for business improvement.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to forecast trends and support strategic planning.
- Document data processes, ensure data integrity, and troubleshoot data quality issues.
- Present findings and actionable recommendations to senior management and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in data analysis, preferably within the US market.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and advanced Excel for modeling.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate data into business value.
