Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure high data quality for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Visualization: Design and develop intuitive dashboards and visual reports using Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights effectively.
- SQL Development: Write and optimize complex SQL queries to support ad-hoc reporting and data extraction.
- Business Intelligence: Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
- Forecasting: Develop predictive models to forecast future trends and support strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R. Experience with ETL processes is a plus.
- Visualization Tools: Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and logically.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
