Responsibilities
- Clean, preprocess, and organize large datasets using SQL and Excel
- Create visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports for stakeholders
- Identify trends and anomalies in customer behavior data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs
- Present findings to non-technical audiences
- Participate in agile sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Math, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Basic understanding of SQL queries (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE clauses)
