Responsibilities
- Data Ingestion & Cleaning: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) large datasets from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and integrity for night-time reporting.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for leadership.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities within our operational data.
- Report Generation: Generate weekly and monthly reports that summarize findings and provide actionable recommendations to the management team.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product and engineering teams to define metrics and understand data requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Audit data processes and validate results to minimize errors and ensure compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Work Schedule: Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to spot discrepancies in large datasets.
