Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated ETL pipelines for real-time data processing during night shift hours
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to reveal market trends
- Conduct ad-hoc statistical analysis to optimize marketing campaign performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams via Slack/Zoom during overnight stand-ups
- Document data models and maintain data governance protocols
- Present findings to executive stakeholders during morning handover sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years in data analytics with proven night shift or remote work experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and Excel
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI dashboard development skills
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) preferred
