Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance to enterprise clients
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software including Windows/Linux systems
- Monitor network performance and security protocols using industry-standard tools
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system deployments
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation after initial training period
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) preferred
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and diagnostic tools
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in server environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
- Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
