Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and deliver actionable business insights
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards using SQL and visualization tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into strategic recommendations
- Implement data quality protocols and ensure integrity across all reporting systems
- Support real-time monitoring of key performance metrics during night shift operations
- Document analytical methodologies and create comprehensive data documentation
- Stay current with emerging analytics technologies and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with A/B testing methodologies
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and modeling
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and clear communication skills
