Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive analysis on large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries to improve data retrieval and reporting efficiency.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports summarizing key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify opportunities for process improvement based on data analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a Night Shift environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently during the night shift while maintaining high productivity.
- Strong communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.
