Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of large amounts of raw data to discover effective solutions for business problems.
- Generate and interpret complex data sets, identifying trends, patterns, and insights to drive strategic decision-making.
- Create detailed performance reports and dashboards using SQL, Python, and visualization tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all databases and reporting systems.
- Identify areas for operational improvement and propose data-driven solutions.
- Maintain and update existing data models and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively during Night Shifts (e.g., 11 PM - 7 AM).
