Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and statistical methods
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI to visualize key performance indicators
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions
- Develop automated data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and accessibility for stakeholders
- Present findings to leadership through concise, data-driven narratives
- Monitor data quality and implement data governance best practices
- Support ad-hoc analysis projects with rapid turnaround during night shift hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven SQL proficiency
- Strong expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and statistical modeling
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and ETL processes
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CT)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
