Responsibilities
- Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL): Clean and prepare massive datasets from disparate sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Advanced SQL & Scripting: Write complex queries and scripts in SQL (and Python/R) to manipulate and analyze data efficiently.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive monthly and weekly reports for stakeholders, translating technical findings into business-friendly language.
- Data Modeling: Develop data models and schemas that support scalable business intelligence solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor data pipelines for errors and implement proactive solutions to prevent data discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Joins, Window Functions), Python, or R. Experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is highly preferred.
- Night Shift Availability: Must be willing and able to work 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (or similar evening hours) on a rotating schedule.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and anomalies in large datasets.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.
