Responsibilities
- Execute advanced data analysis using SQL, Python, and R to identify business trends and opportunities
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into strategic recommendations
- Implement data quality controls and automate reporting processes for 24/7 operations
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical modeling to optimize product performance metrics
- Present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Support real-time monitoring systems for critical business KPIs during night shift hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with night shift or remote work exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and regression analysis
