Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand business objectives and data requirements.
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Document data models, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, compelling manner.
- Stay current with emerging data tools and technologies to continuously improve analytical processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (querying, joins, stored procedures) and experience with relational databases.
- Expert level skills in data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI preferred).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and macros.
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation is a strong plus.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
