The Role
You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing complex data sets to help drive business decisions. Your work will directly impact our strategic direction, ensuring we remain at the forefront of industry innovation.
Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collect, clean, and validate data using SQL and Python to ensure high-quality reporting.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Create detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Conduct statistical analysis to forecast business outcomes and support decision-making.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (querying, stored procedures) and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Expert level in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
