Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for the business.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, and Finance to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Clean, validate, and preprocess large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Develop automated reporting processes to reduce manual workload and increase efficiency.
- Create predictive models to forecast future business outcomes and support strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating relational databases.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
