Responsibilities
- Strategic Data Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses on business metrics to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize performance KPIs for executive stakeholders.
- Data Mining & SQL: Utilize advanced SQL techniques to extract, clean, and structure data from multiple sources, ensuring high data quality.
- Reporting & Insights: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports that drive business recommendations and process improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing and operations teams to align data initiatives with broader business goals.
- Modeling: Develop predictive models to forecast market trends and customer behavior.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python or R.
- Visualization: Proven experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to synthesize large amounts of data into logical conclusions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
