Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for growth.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visual reports using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define data requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data across all reporting systems and databases.
- Present findings and actionable insights to stakeholders in a clear, compelling, and non-technical manner.
- Perform statistical analysis to forecast trends and support business planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker is a must).
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and macros.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
