Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct complex statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data.
- Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to present findings to stakeholders.
- Performance Reporting: Create monthly and quarterly performance reports that guide executive decision-making and strategic planning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
- Database Management: Maintain and optimize databases to ensure efficient data retrieval and storage.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and Python or R is a plus.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Long Beach, CA.
