The Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our business intelligence initiatives. You will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, creating visualizations, and presenting actionable insights to drive decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Data Management: Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product) to understand business requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data pipelines, methodologies, and analytical processes to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
- SQL & Coding: Write complex SQL queries and scripts (Python/R) to automate data retrieval and enhance reporting capabilities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Programming: Strong knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
