Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive, user-friendly dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analyses and forecasting to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and presentations for management, translating technical findings into clear, business-friendly language.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data gaps and improve existing data processes and systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Querying & Optimization) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Tools: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data insights to non-technical audiences effectively.
