Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and perform statistical analyses on large complex data sets to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate data from various relational databases.
- Perform rigorous data cleaning and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity of datasets before analysis.
- Create regular and ad-hoc reports for management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) and Python for data manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle large datasets efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
