Responsibilities
- Transform Data into Insights: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Visualize Impact: Create compelling dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and ensure data integrity.
- Drive Strategy: Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to support long-term strategic planning and forecasting.
- Optimize Performance: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend data-driven strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Report Generation: Produce accurate, timely, and detailed monthly and quarterly reports for executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Visualization Tools: Strong working knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excel Mastery: Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
