Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and patterns
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations and reports
- Develop predictive models to forecast policy outcomes and program effectiveness

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL and Python
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical modeling and hypothesis testing skills
- Experience with government or public sector data highly desirable
- Proficiency in data wrangling with pandas and NumPy
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
