Responsibilities
- Drive data-driven decision-making by synthesizing complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business health.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into precise analytical solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis and data modeling to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies in raw data.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous cleaning, validation, and documentation processes.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders in a compelling and accessible manner.
- Optimize existing data processes to improve efficiency and reduce data redundancy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to bridge the gap between technical data and business strategy.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and working within a collaborative software development lifecycle.
