Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Collect, aggregate, and clean large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards in Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports and executive summaries that translate technical findings into business insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize data collection and reporting processes to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Strong experience creating data visualizations using Tableau, PowerBI, or similar tools.
- Analytical Thinking: Solid understanding of statistical methods, data modeling, and A/B testing.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
