Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that influence business outcomes.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to define data requirements and answer critical business questions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems through rigorous testing and validation.
- Present data-driven findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner to support decision-making.
- Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to support data warehousing and reporting infrastructure.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in data analytics and data science.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proven experience in data analysis, data mining, and statistical modeling.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and managing databases.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is highly preferred.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
