Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform rigorous statistical analysis to support business objectives and forecast future performance.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current processes and propose data-backed solutions to improve operational workflows.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role (1-3 years preferred).
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R. Experience with Excel is required.
- Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
