Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for executive reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and answer business questions.
- Perform statistical analysis to forecast trends and support strategic planning.
- Document data processes and create data dictionaries for the engineering team.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through data analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex data findings into clear business insights.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to troubleshoot data integrity issues.
