Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources to ensure data integrity.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to identify business trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies.
- Automate manual reporting processes to increase team efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimental design is a plus.
