Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret data: Gather large datasets from various sources and ensure data integrity for accurate analysis.
- Develop compelling visualizations: Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or PowerBI to help stakeholders visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform statistical analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that influence business strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical solutions.
- Forecasting and modeling: Build predictive models to forecast future trends and support long-term planning.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data sources, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures) and experience with Python or R.
- Tools: Solid working knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excel: Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and Macros.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data accuracy and error detection.
