Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis: Utilize SQL and Python to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, correlations, and actionable insights.
- Design interactive dashboards: Build and maintain high-quality dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Drive data-driven decisions: Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership to support strategic planning and operational efficiency.
- Ensure data quality: Implement data governance protocols to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all reporting data.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand business needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Automate reporting processes: Develop automated scripts and workflows to streamline reporting and reduce manual effort.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, stored procedures) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Advanced experience with Tableau or PowerBI.
- Tools: Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with ETL tools.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
