What You Will Do
Responsibilities
- Transform raw data into actionable insights through advanced analytical techniques and statistical modeling.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to identify data gaps and business needs.
- Perform rigorous data cleansing, extraction, and validation to ensure high-quality reporting standards.
- Conduct A/B testing and regression analysis to support strategic business decisions.
- Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Data Science.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (querying, joins, stored procedures) and Python or R.
- Strong experience with Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate data into business value.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to data accuracy.
