Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and perform statistical analyses on large, complex datasets to identify trends and patterns.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and quality assurance to ensure accuracy of reporting.
- Build and maintain SQL databases and write complex queries to support business operations.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders through clear, concise reports and presentations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement by analyzing operational data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) and Excel.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
