Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify business opportunities and risks
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI to communicate insights to executive leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Conduct A/B testing and experiments to optimize product features and marketing campaigns
- Develop automated data pipelines to improve data quality and reporting efficiency
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, concise visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record of delivering actionable insights
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing methodologies
