Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and translate business needs into analytical models.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and preprocessing to ensure high-quality datasets for analysis.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct statistical analysis and create detailed reports to drive strategic decision-making and process optimization.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business forecasting and risk management.
- Communicate complex data findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging data analysis tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large databases.
- Expert knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation, cleaning, and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
