Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Analysis: Collect, clean, and interpret large sets of data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Visualization: Design and maintain complex databases and data visualization dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Excel to present data clearly.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, report on key performance indicators (KPIs), and solve business problems.
- Statistical Modeling: Perform advanced statistical analysis and forecasting to support long-term business goals and risk assessment.
- Reporting: Create executive summaries and present findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and visually appealing manner.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current data processes and recommend innovative solutions to streamline operations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for database querying and management; strong skills in Python or R for data manipulation.
- Tools: Demonstrated experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and the ability to handle large volumes of data with precision.
