Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Perform statistical analysis and data mining to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to translate business questions into data-driven insights.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting actionable recommendations.
- Optimize data processes and scripts (SQL/Python) to improve data retrieval speeds and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (querying, joins, stored procedures) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Expert level skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, business-focused insights.
