Responsibilities
- Conduct Deep-Dive Analysis: Interpret complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive business strategy and operational efficiency.
- Dashboard Development: Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, clean, and transform data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting.
- Statistical Modeling: Develop and implement statistical models to forecast trends and support predictive analysis.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and operations to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Reporting: Prepare clear, concise, and actionable reports for stakeholders to support high-level decision-making.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for database querying and experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into business-friendly insights.
- Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data management tools.
