Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, correlations, and opportunities for business growth.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define metrics, data requirements, and reporting structures.
- Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure high-quality reporting standards.
- Communicate analytical findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
- Lead ad-hoc analysis projects to support executive decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Advanced querying, joins, stored procedures).
- Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for data manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
