Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth data analysis: Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies that inform business strategy.
- Develop Dashboards: Create interactive dashboards using BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) to visualize complex data for stakeholders.
- SQL & Data Mining: Write optimized SQL queries and perform data mining to extract meaningful insights from relational databases.
- Report Generation: Produce comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports summarizing key metrics and performance indicators.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and executives to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current data processes and recommend automation strategies to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Visualization Tools: Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Data Studio.
- Excel Expertise: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to troubleshoot data issues and derive actionable insights.
