Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design projects from user research and persona development to final implementation
- Conduct comprehensive usability testing and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with business objectives
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities and drive product enhancements
- Mentor junior designers and promote design thinking best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field with 5+ years of professional experience
- Expertise in UX research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and A/B testing
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma (required), Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping software
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful UX projects with measurable impact
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
- Experience in fintech or e-commerce UX design preferred
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders
- Certification in UX design (e.g., UXPA, Nielsen Norman Group) a plus
