Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather and organize raw data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Trend Analysis: Analyze historical data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that can help optimize business processes.
- Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Database Management: Assist in maintaining the integrity of our data warehouses and databases.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) is required. Basic knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to break down complex problems and derive logical conclusions from data.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of presenting findings to non-technical audiences.
- Relocation: Must be willing and able to relocate to Columbus, Ohio.
