Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize key metrics for stakeholders.
- Perform complex statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast market trends and operational metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define data requirements and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Write optimized SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various databases and sources.
- Document data pipelines, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
- Identify data quality issues and implement solutions to improve data accuracy and integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Deep understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business questions into technical data solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to present complex findings to non-technical audiences.
