Responsibilities
- Collect, cleanse, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to define data requirements and analytical goals.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear reports, presentations, and visualizations.
- Optimize data pipelines and ETL processes to improve reporting efficiency and speed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting datasets.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and advanced analytics.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
